        The job was left incomplete. The clean out access was left approximately four feet above ground level and the trench to the roadway was mounded up about 1 1/2 feet. If this is indicative of their quality of work, then I would be led to believe the rest of the job is a mess as well. A terrible way to leave the job for my 78 year old mother who lives alone. BTW, there was no mention of the job being left incomplete when my mother first hired them.

        We hired Paul to do a remodel on our bathroom. He also recommended we replace the plumbing in the basement and we are extremely glad we did. He listens and answers all your questions with patience! We love the job he and his crew did on the plumbing and the bathroom!! As they were wrapping up the remodel, we had an issue with our main sewer line and had to have it replaced. Of course we hired Paul for that job as well. If we need a plumber for anything ever again, Paul is the one we would call! Would highly recommend!!! Services: Bathroom remodeling, Sewer repair

        We have a 100+ year old home. The entire drain system had to be replaced. Paul and Aaron were excellent. There were numerous complications to the required repair due to work done by another plumber to our neighbor's house that connected to our system. Paul's solutions were approved by YCUA -(Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority) as YCUA hadn't encountered the problems before. Paul worked through the weekend so we could have our system running ASAP. I highly recommend Paul and A+ Drain and Sewer Repair. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Outdoor plumbing system repair, Sewer repair

      I am very sorry you are unhappy with the condition of the clean out access and the yard once the job was completed on your mothers home. I pride myself in doing a thorough and tidy job. The job was completed exactly as stated in the contract that was signed before we started the job and also passed inspection by the Ypsilanti Township plumbing inspector. Regarding the clean out access pipe being exposed above ground level, as I discussed with your mom, I leave the pipe exposed when the job is completed so there is access to it if there is a sewer back up. I had stated to her that I would return to cut the pipe down once the dirt had settled and she had expressed that she would have her son handle this. If she has changed her mind, I am more than happy to come and cut the pipe down.Regarding your concern with the dirt, when I excavate the ground I put down boards to protect the surrounding area so as not to leave any extra mess. Unfortunately, once the dirt is disturbed it will take time to settle and does not immediately go back to the undisturbed condition. As I discussed on the phone, with the son, I would be happy to remove the excess dirt, but because this was not quoted in the contract it would be an additional charge.
