Staff is so nice. Always smiling and helpful when I go in. Their loan department has been very helpful and provided good advice.
I like doing banking there, i like the individual attention. I believe they have my best interest in mind, I'm not just another person they are trying to create accounts for to meet some quota.
The App works well, and I use it a lot.

Unbelievably slow. I was just making a monthly deposit of one check. It seems that with each month they get slower. I was the only one in drive-thru.

Glenwood State has very helpful staff. They helped build my credit score from nothing to over 800. I moved away from the Alex area but continue to bank here because their app is very user friendly and they are prompt with my online requests.

They're not a bad bank but they're definitely no credit union. Glenwood is NOT a state.
