I called and left a message.
Was called back by someone who wasn't an attorney to be told that they didn't want to try to help me find an avenue to see my daughter.
I so understand my situation is hard but to be told we don't even think it's worth have an attorney call you back who is able to give you insight into other directions you may be able to go. Is simply wrong.
I know this to be the case because when I asked for her name again to make sure I have my facts right.. she hung up.
I am sure they help other people but they wouldn't even try to help me. I don't know if I would want that kind of person on my side. They may help you win, but the question is at what cost. Not just money wise but all the things that actually matter, like how it will hurt your kids, or your ability to co-parent.
So I have no problem with you spinning what happened how you want. Its not right to be less than truthfully. However, it could be argued that there are always three versions of the truth. My version, your version and what really happened.
However, to put out information that I didn't offer and isn't readily available anywhere.. is simply unacceptable and unethical fix it or I will make a complaint.
