        I had enjoyed having a Tide dry cleaners close to my home until they LOST my blazer in February, 2023. I was told by the manager that six different client's orders were lost and they were going to have to search video surveillance to know what happened. It has now been three months since my blazer was lost by Tide Cleaners. I have sent a half dozen emails to the owner. He responded to the first email letting me know he'd received my complaint and since then, I have heard NOTHING. It seems to me, they hope I forget about them LOSING my blazer. I should be getting money to replace this item that they lost but, instead, I am being ignored. There is no business ethics being exhibited. Service: Special care fabric cleaning
