Most baristas are extremely rude, correct change not given my last visit, I had to show my barista my receipt again after counting my money because she didn’t believe me. My iced vanilla white with almond milk keeps being made with 2% and I’m lactose intolerant. Won’t be going back any time soon. Surprised this location is still open

Really unimpressed with the level of customer service and accuracy of orders at this location. The manager and employees seem to have no idea what they’re doing and are generally unfriendly and seem confused. They made my drink incorrectly and then the manager made a face when I asked her to please remake it how I had ordered it. There was literally no coffee in my mocha. Not willing to pay $5+ for a drink that isn’t how I ordered it and shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m in the wrong when it was made incorrectly.

I'll start with these few things; I love Caribou as a franchise, the locals working here are Great and it's definitely a pretty location. BUT I will never use my card through here again and am not impressed with the managers level of customer service. I was double charged for my coffee order, went in to try and have it fixed to be told that they won't refund me and I'll have to dispute it with my bank. The employee who took my issue was very apologetic and called the manager who told her what I previously mentioned and that she "didn't care".
