Didnt introduce himself, didnt wash or sanitize hands before or after seeing me. Didnt listen to me without interrupting snd also relayed confusing information to me about Covid, Covid testing, and Political opinions about Covid and CDC. I didnt even bring up Covid snd wasnt there for Covid.

If I could give Dr. Richard Olson a negative score I would, for having falsely advertised himself on multiple websites. I moved to the area based on that information, these were reputable websites that are for licensed prescribers accepting new patients only, as well as my insurance provider's website detailing the same information. I attempted to speak to him directly, five separate times. Each time after I spoke with the nurse and began to get frustrated with their denials of the website's information I would ask to speak to him and get hung up on. I finally reached him, by pure coincidence. When I told him I had moved out here after verifying the information online by calling Sanford Healthcare and them telling me they had a provider, he said, this an accurate paraphrase, "Well no one around here really does that, so I guess you'll probably have to fly home every month".
