FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Hours on website and on the sign say this location is open until 6pm on Saturdays. I was there at 4:40pm on April 9th and the place was closed up tight. The customer service desk said they have no relation to the FedEx office.

what is the purpose of drop-off word? I'm an eBay seller, I usually ship about 2000-3000 packages in a year. Today 08/31/20 , I had a shipment, so decided to give this location a try, so took the package to there and when wanted to drop it off, the clerk asked me to wait in the line!! What? Why? it was a drop off!! OK, so after several minutes, the guy asked me several unnecessary questions such What is inside the box !!!!!! Does it include hazardous materials? Do you want a receipt? I said It is a prepaid label "Which means I already read the instructions and considered those questions". Also, when I say it is a DROP-OFF , it means I don't need a receipt. What was clear was that he wanted to bother me , Why? FedEx! Why your employee doesn't follow your drop-off policy? You Hire rude people to be rude to customers? I have never had any experience such this with USPS,UPS, or other FedEx branches, I'm no longer going to use FedEx in the future, no never!!
