Price is not comparable to any other agency Ive gotten rates or quotes from previously. The only downside to using Allstate in general is the claims department is not easy to get ahold of and not the best as communicating repair options; thus usually choosing the cheapest option at the expense of your vehicles reliability and safety. Ive been a customer of this insurance agent for roughly 4 years and they always greet me by name and are always willing to comb through my policy and reduce the price come renewal time each 6 months.

Allstate is AMAZING! I have been working on an accident claim with the other insurance and my Allstate rep Heather stepped in to help she is amazing! She got the other insurance company to move forward where I couldnt for months! Heather rocks and Allstate is there for you and is the best insurance I have ever had! You always get an answer right when you call! The BEST customer service EVER! Love ya Allstate
