        I've been with this Agency for years. Bjorn just bought it 3 years ago and though he has had some growing pains with finding good employees, I believe the Agency is on the up and up! Great Customer Service and Team. Highly recommend!

        NOT a GREAT agent when it comes to customer service. Customer Service is poor 1/5 in response to email. Left a voicemail many times in the past like within 3 weeks once a week and never received a call back or checkup. Bombard with few emails for follow up and never received a response back. Flet like agent ONLY wants your business then doesn't do GREAT in response to clients. You might want to look elsewhere if you do NOT want to deal with this type of agent. Only speaking from my experience.

        I have been with Bjorn and Allstate for a couple of years now and don't have any complaints! Insurance premiums have been significantly lower with Allstate than the previous two (AmFam and State Farm) and I have had a great experience working with Bjorn and his team.

        I do like and enjoy the services I get through all state. Allstate is very willing to work with its customers to provide easy access and quick response to get things taken care of. The insurance suggestors are always pleasant and polite even when there are problems going on.
