Last week I called in regarding the increase in my auto insurance and spoke with Adriana Anderson. What a sweet young lady. She took time and showed care and concern for me and treated me like a valued customer. She looked over my auto policy and went over it with me to try and find ways to reduce it without jeopardizing the coverage needed to make sure I was properly insured. She told me she would look into checking my driving scores to see if they would be in a good place to reduce my auto insurance and monthly premiums and let me know what she finds. Just as she promised, she called me today to let me know my driving score was in a good place to reduce my insurance and premiums. Adriana went above and beyond to make a very frustrated customer happy and content again, and very much satisfied with my insurance company and dear sweet Adriana. She went the extra mile for me and Im so happy right now. Adriana is a valued employee and deserves to be recognized as such. Im sure shes this way with all of her customers so please let her know how valuable she is to this company and give her a much deserved raise Thank you again Adriana for your excellent service!!!
