He never gave up on us or the process. He would continue to work through various scenarios to get us into our new home. He was friendly, professional, patient and steadfast. This is my second house I purchased with David Howe at Midwest Mortgage. David did a fantastic job helping me close on my property. I needed to close on the house ASAP and he said he could get it done in 22 days, and actually got it done a lot quicker! David is very informative, and did a great job. I will be recommending him to friends and family.

David Howe is AMAZING! I connected with him through a referral. I was having a horrible experience with Bank of America and mentioned it - I cannot even express how grateful I am for the response, because it was "I should introduce you to David". He is easy to work with, he communicated clearly, I knew exactly what was needed. He followed up with me, I didn't need to chase him down for anything. He found a GREAT rate for us and structured the mortgage that matched what we needed perfectly. Again, a complete 180 from our experience with Bank of America. They should be ashamed. I honestly believe that everyone needs David in their mortgage life. He really is fantastic.
