After thorough consideration and addressing my concerns with the leasing office, I feel compelled to share my experience and provide a well-deserved review. As a reasonable individual, I firmly believe in giving people the opportunity to rectify any issues. However, this review has been long overdue, nearly a year in the making. I relocated to this apartment complex prior to its acquisition by Neon. Regrettably, for the past couple of months, the property cleaning team, which used to diligently maintain the premises, has ceased its operations. I am sincerely grateful for the leasing staff's personal efforts in maintaining cleanliness throughout the complex. Nevertheless, it has become apparent that their attention is primarily focused on the main entrance and the designated tour paths. I have had the opportunity to observe other apartment complexes that charge significantly less than Neon, yet provide daily vacuuming and cleaning services. During a conversation with Sherri, I was informed that the management team is diligently searching for a cleaning company that meets Neon's high standards. However, at this stage, I am no longer concerned about selecting a cleaning company based solely on their standards. Could we, at the very least, have a monthly or bi-weekly cleaning arrangement in place? Unfortunately, as time progresses, the situation appears to deteriorate, and it seems that the management is uninterested in resolving this matter. Given the luxury status proclaimed by Neon, and the premium rent they charge, I hold them to a high standard. Consequently, I expect the property to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness and sanitation. UPDATE: I will update this Google review once I observe changes in the apartment complex. I believe it's important to inform future residents about what to expect a few weeks after moving in. I appreciate the management team for taking the time to respond to this review - Feb 2024
