Maven Apartments

Applying and getting approved I worked with a gal named Alexis! She was awesome, unfortunately a week after moving in she was no longer there! I absolutely LOVED my apartment floor plan I had! Unfortunately, the property manager Shelia is not someone that should be in the customer service management position at all! She does nothing to help the residents at all! Any concerns you have will NOT be taken seriously! When choosing an apartment make sure you get the top floor. Don't want to have someone that is inconsiderate stomping above you, because Shelia WILL NOT do ANYTHING about it. Make sure when signing that lease, and moving in check behind the washer and dryer to make sure it's actually cleaned bc MINE WAS NOT!!! On top of having to clean someone elses DIRTY underwear and laundry detergent & lint they WILL NOT CARE! I understand that this apartment complex is a couple years old, but you should not have to move in with someone else's holes in the wall from there curtain rod. If your fridge/freezer is broken be ready to argue with the property manager Sheila (as she will come into your apartment) & argue with you! For paying as much as 1,700 a month for an apartment in Minnesota the property manager should care a whole lot more! Dog poop right outside the door when walking to your car along with trash! Not enough parking for as many people that live there! These apartments are NOT WORTH 1,700 a month! I can pay this living by the beach! & That just where I amn & getting treated a lot better than Sheila ever did!

Great place, with great staff and I would definitely refer people to live here. Maintenance cares and the people that live there are friendly. Great location, close to the Highway, and the apartments are luxurious!

I can't even stay at daughter's apartment... She constantly has to call the police on the upstairs neighbor for blaring TV, stomping and yelling when he has guests (which is almost daily). This has been going on for months and they still won't evict him. A miserably loud place to live with management that obviously doesn't have to live on site.

The Maintenance and Leasing staff is amazing here at Maven, great community to live in!
