        AAA has transformed into a scheme targeting senior citizens on fixed incomes. Despite our emergency call placed on 9-4-23 for assistance with our locked-out automobile, AAA denied aid. We persistently called for three days without any response. Consequently, we terminated our membership on 9-8-23. However, AAA recently charged our account for a new membership and has adamantly declined to reimburse the fee. We have contacted The Consumer Protection Agency.

        Went to the AAA office to plan a trip and get a trip tic to travel to the east coast. This and emergency services are why I keep AAA, although the last two times emergency services could have been better.
