Grant (Burnsville, MN office) did a nice job and was very accommodating. There were some issues that were identified prior to the purchase and would be replaced, but I'm still waiting for results and follow-up (it's been 6 days) from manager, Mark. I would also validate the multi-point check list if you plan on purchasing a vehicle to insure Enterprise actually has completed and done everything they say was checked and good to go. I checked both the engine and cabin air filters after getting the vehicle home, and the inspection said they were checked and good to go, but they were filthy and I just replaced both of them today.
