Devon and his Crew do great work. I purchased a new 2023 Ford Raptor ( Black) and I wanted to protect it from day one. Devon was very responsive and came and picked up the truck from my office. He explained everything on the ceramic coating process. He went over and above on the work. When picking up the truck he gave us towels, and soap for hand washing. What a great perk! Extremely happy. We dropped off out 2018 Murano the next week for a Back to now cleaning and polishing. The Murano is better than when we picked up from the dealer. I drive for Lyft/Uber and Ive had my car detailed at other establishments to keep it clean so my customers have an enjoyable ride. I met the owner Devon of Pur Detail one day as I was giving him a ride and we quickly started up a conversation about the business, why he started and his philosophy about the business. I quickly found out that this owner really enjoyed taking care of other peoples cars, inside and out. I recently brought in one of my daughters cars to have the inside detailed (let me tell you, it was a mess). Alls I was hoping for was for it to look nice. (It had a bunch of stains on the seats and there was stuff all over the floor (it looked like it hadnt been cleaned since she bought the car). When I returned to pick it up I was amazed at how unbelievable it looked. To tell you the truth, it looked almost new again. I know that it cost me a little bit more, but compared to some of the other places Ive had my car detailed at this place is head and shoulders above them all. Super nice people who care about you and your car. Thanks Pur detail, you make my life easier. Theyve got a customer for life!!!
