Worked with Alex to get a T770 fixed and he went above and beyond to turn it around quickly. Very communicative and friendly. Always a good experience working with these guys.

I/we can not say enough good things about Tri-State Burnsville. We had our office in White Bear Lake for 18 years and used the Little Canada location, which went down hill exponentially over the past few years. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of places to go to rent or repair tree care equipment. We needed a rental back in 2019 and found the Burnsville location was spectacular. Not only was the rental staff on point and happy, we were introduced to Brian B. in sales. This man is THE MAN. We went in there interested in the new Bob Cat L28 and he had an answer to every question we had, and if he didn't have it, he found it. Sales is his job, but he's not a pushy car salesman, he's knowledgeable and patient. Now that is customer service. When we went back to pick up our new Bobcat L28, the staff was unloading the new Leguan 190 Ariel Lift. He walked us through this new state of the art, made for tree work lift. Jokingly he shook our hand and said I'll sell you this one next. Truth be told, 2 short years later we walked in (last month) and sold us the lift. Brian had the regional representative of Leguan fly in last minute after driving across an entire state and taking a red eye flight to meet us and hand over our new machine. It's not every day you get to write a check for a $110k+ machine. It was a monumental day in our business and everyone at Tri-State Burnsville helped in the celebration, shaking hands, taking pictures and videos. Every email, every repair, every question is met with a smiling face, happy phone call, quick to answer problem solving staff member. Due to the top notch customer service we will forever be clients of this location. If anyone needs a business model, this is the place to go.
