        I have stayed here a few times now. The rooms are nice and the kitchenettes are convenient. The owners don't like to pay for any repairs or maintenance to the building or parking lots. Although they only offer queen-size beds in their single premium rooms, it is still a nice place to lay your head. One of the good things about this place is the manager, Eric. He is a great guy and very friendly. Manny and Dennis, the maintenance guys are great and very helpful. The little park next to it is nice. Big open fields. Nearby activities: There is an indoor pro-kart place just down the block. Lots of food. And a nice park next door. Skate park is not too far from here as well. Burnsville center is just 5 minutes away.
