Wyndham Minneapolis South/Burnsville

The room was very clean but very hot. It took my child 3 hours to fall asleep because the AC did not work. I was also very disappointed with the pool and hot tub. In the picture the pool seems to be big and spacious but in reality it is pretty small. The picture of the pool was definitely taken in some sort of 0.5 mode because it is completely different. For the price of the hotel the breakfast should have been better. The location of this hotel is the only good thing. There is lots of fast food places around and a mall very close.

All around great experience! Very comfortable beds, clean room, shallow but good hot tub. Amazing staff. 10/10 recommend.

The hotel was clean, but basic. Nothing stood out as exceptional. The hot tub was very shallow which was dissapointing. Some sort of continental breakfast would be nice, even if it were just prepackaged muffins or fruits. For the price, other hotels offer more. I would still stay here if needed, but honestly, I would try other places first.

I booked a suite over last weekend to celebrate an anniversary. Wyndham had just take over the hotel from Best Western. Overall, the room was decent and clean . It took over 5 minutes to check in as no clerk was there. Room: From the entry, there were. no light switches for the LR and BR. Had to feel around the walls for a Kitchen and LR light switch and then go into a completely dark BR and light the desk lamps. The BR alcove for luggage was dark and had no light. In the kitchen area, there were no glasses, only paper coffee cups. No complementary water as well. All of the lights were dim. They had no switch to higher intensity light. Very hard to read by. They did have a bar in the main lobby restaurant, but it was closed well before 10:00 PM. The room was not up to my reasonable standards and I would not stay there again. R Ness
