they came to my house, had good ideas, promised an estimate and never delivered it. completely blew me off. Very unprofessional. Font waste your time.

We are very happy with our new patio, retaining wall and experience with Patio Town and Villa Landscapes. We had our home built 26 years ago. We did our own landscaping. As part,  I built the retaining wall with small boulders and incorporated a large two tiered  sandbox. We had two boys, one a baby and one a toddler. At the time, all was suited to our needs.Springing ahead to present, the patio I installed was looking it's age and the sandbox hadn't been used in a long time. It was time for something new. My wife and I went to Patio town and saw many nicely put together projects. The people working there are helpful and knowledgeable. With their advice and  materials, I was planing on doing the project with my older son.While preparing to tackle the job, my younger son gave me a reality check. He pointed out my age and previous backaches (not to mention the occasional expletives I would be barking out). So I went back to Patio Town and asked for their recommendation. They made no judgements on my change of heart and recommended I work with Villa Landscapes. Nick, a designer from Villa came to our house to talk about what we would like for our project. He came back with a very nice plan and was open to some modifications we suggested. The price was fair and in our budget.In summary, I was impressed by everyone involved in the process. The folks at Patio Town are professionals and the landscapers were protectionists. The follow up from Villa Landscapes was Impressive and it felt like they made sure we were satisfied with the results. It looks beautiful.Ernest Pines
