One of the worst companies around can I give them -1000...had an appt walked in was put with the dr right away n thought this was awesome...then they put you back in the waiting room n the "wait game" begins. After waiting 1hr and 40mins, I walked out. I had to be to work so I had to leave. I went back to order my contacts after not being able too before, I was told I wait to pay again. I waited again and guess what?? Walked out a 2x time due to they were too busy to take my payment, it would been maybe a min or less to run my card. They treat you like cattle and it's the same process to pick up. Other people were sharing their stories! Do not go here, it's a waste of time. Trust me there are way other better companies...

Update: I have returned for my contacts and the follow-up, etc and they have been very accommodating (and patient), so Im improving the rating. From what I have seen, maybe last time I came they were short staffed, hence the wait and tense atmosphere. Moving forward I will try to make my appointments during a time that they are not as busy with customers.

Eye doctor was great and I initially thought my experience was good but it has been over a month since my exam and I have yet to receive my TRIAL contacts. Other eye doctors Ive been to in the past have gotten them to me within the week. I couldnt get ahold of anyone on the phone so I went in and I was told we cant give you what we dont have. Ill be filing a complaint with not only the corporate office but also my insurance company. I was quoted a week for their arrival and yet it has been over 4 times that. I shouldve looked at other reviews because I see Im not the only person dealing with this. Dont go to this store.
