It's a company so shrouded in its own smog of self-importance that finding the substance behind the smoke is an exercise in futility. There is a tremendous gap between the material presented by their sales team and the account managers, including the business owner, Matt Wiklund. Jeremy Bugbee can talk circles around you for hours, but without every getting to the point, answering your simple question, or really clarifying anything. Instead of a guided strategy for your PPC account leaving you assured that they can and will spend your money wisely they like to hide behind what they call their special sauce. My interactions with AdAdvance left me feeling just as queasy as the special sauce often does at fast food chains. A total lack of direction or specificity is not the kind of strategic acumen one would expect from a company that claims to be at the industry's cutting edge. In sum, engaging with AdAdvance. is akin to stepping into a carnival funhouse, where mirrors distort reality, pathways lead nowhere, different agents tell you the exact opposite of one another, and the only voice you'll hear at the end is your own, wondering why you entered in the first place.
