    Update: Been living here for a few months, woke up today to get a last minute email at 7:51 am about snow removal at 6:30am to move our cars or get towed at your expense. They provide you with a map that has overflow parking lots that are all filled and snowed in and expect you to park there at a last minute notice. I had to miss some time from my work to get my wife's car unstuck as a snow storm warning is in effect and it has been snowing for multiple days, it ends at evening tonight but they couldn't wait lol. They don't clear the parking lot side and parking lot snow behind cars to help them get unstuck. The only good thing good about this experience is the helpful tow truck that helped me get my car unstuck not operated by this management. Overall I think this management is inconsiderate and unorganized for the price you pay. Old review: So far , not so good. They wouldn't let one their residents who live in the same apartment take my keys even after giving them explicit written and verbal permission. They wouldn't let my fianc pick up my keys for me. My travel plans changed and I can't be there for 2 more weeks but I would like to get some of my stuff situated before inside my room. Inflexible management.

    Ive lived here two years now and living is fine, but when it comes to management its another story. ive had staff enter my apartment multiple times with no heads up or anything. trying to contact them is even worse. they make you renew your lease by the end of october- not even 3 months after you move in. when i went to the office to try and sublease my room for year 24-25, i was told i have to pay $400! ive been waiting a week now for them to contact me in regards to this and havent heard anything. do not recommend. another example, when i first moved in they gave my room to the wrong girl. at this point it was too late to do anything cause she had already moved in. when she moved out in the summer, i asked if i can have MY assigned room back, as it was the master bedroom, and they charged me $300 JUST TO TRANSFER TO MY ROOM! when i finally got my transfer to my room, i noticed that the cleaning guys left the shower running and the room was flooded! they pull expenses out of nowhere and take advantage of young college kids. do not recommend.

Your concerns are important, and we want to address them promptly to ensure a positive living experience for all our residents.Regarding the entry into your apartment without prior notice, when filling out service requests, residents have the option to select “enter at anytime” this gives our maintenance department the ability to access your apartment during business hours to complete the services requests. Looking at past work orders, this option was selected and that is why the maintenance team would enter your apartment.Concerning the transfer fee and process, it states in your lease that resident will pay a fee of $400.00 for re-leasing and administrative costs. It is your responsibility to find a subleaser and from there a substitution agreement will be executed. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your specific situation further and find a resolution that meets your needs.
