UPDATED RESPONSE: Since our original response and finished product photos, this customer has had more siding pieces warp & buckle. After months of trying to track down replacement material, it turns out that the manufacturer has discontinued this particular color due to "quality issues". The only course of action left would be for the customer to select a different color and have everything replaced (both materials & labor) through the manufacturers warranty claims process.ORIGINAL RESPONSE: Mistakes can be made with any project, and this review implies that our company has done nothing to resolve any issues that arose at this particular one. We have made several trips back to this location in order to address multiple problems, whether legitimate or not. This Customer acted as their own General Contractor and performed their own Drywall, Electrical, and Finish Carpentry work with little to no experience.Most professionals know what to expect, but this Customer apparently did not. We asked them almost daily for a dumpster so that we could clean up properly, which wasn't provided until after we were gone. Because of that, the site in general was a disaster from both their own work and that of the other Contractors.At the start of the project, we recommended a lot of our usual Contractors to them in an effort to help with their inexperience. None of them had a good experience working with this Customer, and most had to be convinced to stick with the project. This was due to both unrealistic expectations & timelines as well as a general fear of not getting paid in a timely manner if at all.With 350+ homes built to date and counting, we never want to see an unsatisfied Customer. But as they say, you can't please everyone unfortunately.
