Perrault Construction

In Sept 2022 Mike Stroede, new owner, of Perrault Construction agreed to put dark green steel siding and 4 new patio doors on my house. He said the work would begin the first week of May 2022 and be completed by the end of May 2023. Despite 8 months between Sept 2022 and May 2023, Mike said he could not take anything less than 1/2 down ($30,000) in Sept 2022 because he had to order materials. Over the next 9 months I could only reach him by email (unreliably) because when I called the office I was told he was out of town or on vacation. No one arrived in May and I was eventually told the siding I wanted was unavailable. On June 14, 2023 i requested the contract be cancelled and my money returned. I was told it would be less the cost of the 4 patio doors. i said I wanted the check and doors delivered to my house in 3 days. 10 days later a check arrived for the full amount. Because of the large amount of the check, my bank would not release the funds for 3 weeks.

Called to request an estimate for new roof, siding and possible bedroom addition. Talked with an employee and provided my information. Was told a technician would call to arrange a meeting. No one made contact, and I have since moved on to a new company. Disappointed my business was not compelling enough to recieve any follow up.
