Cookie does amazing work from my neck/chest issues to my lower back pain I get. She always knows exactly where my problems are. Her flexibility with my schedule is a plus! Shes always able to get me in.

She has amazing technique. I am a massage therapist also. If you have sciatica, tilted pelvis. She can actually make a difference, to relieve your pain.

The first time I went to Cookie it was after Grandma's Marathon. My daughter and I both treated ourselves to an hour massage. Unlike other marathons, we avoided the toxins pooling in our legs. The next day we both felt great instead of feeling like we were in a cement cast. I would highly recommend this for post athletic work. The second time I visited Cookie, it was to relieve sacroiliac pain (aka SI joint dysfunction). I had suffered from a tight joint due to misalignment of a warrior two pose. After a few visits the pain was gone. Cookie showed me how to realign my asana and how to strengthen the supporting muscles. The third time I sought out Cookie, it was for stress relief. We are still working on that through weekly visits. After each visit, my fascia started to release and I started to relax. I have a ways to go but feel like Cookie is my partner in restoring my health. Ann
