        I went in on a Saturday through their urgent care and they were very quick and friendly. I was set up with the doctor the next Wednesday and he recommended hand surgery to correct a tendon problem. I had that on the next Tuesday. Everything went as planned and the staff is very friendly and professional. Everything runs on time and the surgeon was actually running ahead of schedule. So far I give them the highest rating.

        Dr. Donovan always explains my options in clear, easy to understand terms. I've always felt that my problem 'mattered' to him and that my care/outcome was important to him. He treats his patients like 'people' rather than 'numbers'.
