        Had my lawnmower repaired here; when I picked it up I asked what was wrong and the cashier couldn't tell me exactly what the problem was, he just sort of bumbled over the invoice and then mansplained to me how gas goes bad. I didn't appreciate that. I know what Sea Foam is and how to use it. $150 for a pickup and repair, and I'm not even sure what was broken or how to prevent it from happening again.

      Hello, sorry to hear about your lackluster experience. We strive for quality service but sometimes miss the mark. Our central shop performs the service on all mowers & snow blowers and there may not have been enough detail communicated on the shop slip.
