I was given a delivery timeframe of 12-4. Lo and behold at 3:50, I call this despicable company to get an ETA. This lady had to audacity to say they called me and left a message. I work from home and am very much available to answer my phone anytime, so that was a blatant lie. I am so frustrated because she claimed my dishwasher was received damaged and I have to call GE to order a replacement. That’s completely Ludacris. I had to hang up before the call got really disrespectful and now I’m holding with GE going on 30 mins. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I have had a horrific experience with Home Depot and Linn Star in getting our appliances. We spent several thousands of dollars on kitchen appliances almost three weeks ago and still have no appliances. I have spent hours on the phone with both Home Depot and Linn Star trying to rectify the situation. There is a complete lack of communication and as consumers we are paying the price. Home Depot was not up front with us in letting us know that a few of our items were on back order from the beginning. A representative at Home Depot stated they don't sell appliances if they are on back order. Well, they sold us appliances that were apparently on back order. Our appliances were to be delivered on November 29th and I received a call the morning before that they would be delivered. At 6:16pm that same day I received an email that they would not be delivered and would be delivered December 6th between 12:30-4:30. I get a call on day of delivery that the truck broke down and we would be getting our deliver a few days later. This whole experience with Home Depot and Linn Star has been an absolute nightmare. I will never shop at Home Depot again and they really need to reconsider who they use for the deliveries.
