Service was friendly and the staff were kind! I appreciate that the processes that needed to be done to fix my accounts (business and personal) was clear and all of my questions were answered.

Quick and convenient location. It's located close to other shops. The ATM is 24hrs, all you need to do is swipe your debit card to access it before or after bank hours.

I stopped at this branch to open two new accounts. The manager was really unpleasant and she called the police on a customer. She kept telling him to not make a scene, but he was calm and she was the frustrated one. I ended up leaving without opening an account. I also requested for their regional manager to contact me regarding this and I have not heard back. I just can't believe that was my first experience at a Chase Bank. Glad I don't bank there.
