#Ageism at its finest. They told Silver Sneakers to accept the EXTREMELY limited hours, or theyd drop the program. Do Medicare age people want extended hours? Sure, for $100/month. And they think thats a huge discount because single memberships are $250/month. Now Im told we can never go on the roof, which is virtually empty during the week. We cant go up there anymore, Grandpa? Nope, not with me, just the beautiful young people get to go up there now, and they dont want to be seen around us old people. My question to Bahrain Akradi, do you have parents? Ill bet they are proud of you.

The staff and classes are great! The facilities are nice and clean. However, the groups of obnoxious, aggressive teenage boys who just sit on the machines to watch TikTok and fling the weights around make me want to quit this gym each time I walk in. On several occasions Ive seen them carry heavy weights over other members who are on a flat weight bench. Ive also seen groups of them stand around and harass other members in order to take a particular machine. Save your money and find a less stressful gym.

The staff are fantastic! It is pretty hard to find a team member who isnt in a cheerful mood and always willing to help. They are constantly cleaning and putting used weights away. The facility its self is very nice and definitely top of the line. You will not find another gym that is on the same caliber. There are a couple reasons however that I am only giving it four stars. The gym is way over crowded. During peak hours it is near impossible to be able to have a productive workout without having to wait in a line to use anything on the workout floor. You will be sitting shoulder to shoulder with someone in the steam room and sauna. The staff are working crazy hard to keep things clean but because there are so many people they simply cant keep up. I feel terrible for them. The hours, especially on the weekend, are very limited. This also makes it hard because by the time the gym is slowing down and not as busy its about to close. They reduced their hours when they reopened after Covid but it has been a few years now and they still are no where near the hours they use to have before Covid. I think enough time has passed that the gym should have better hours by now. Overall in conclusion the staff are amazing, the facility is great! but it is too expensive to feel like Im playing bumper cars every time I go. I end up leaving feeling more stressed than when I arrived.
