        Very bad at getting back to clients I have been trying to reach him for 60days+ now and no reply yet. I starting to think does Steven have a life policy. Multiple emails multiple phone calls multiple voice message no return message at all!

        I would not recommend moving forward with Steven Koenig for your auto or home insurance. I was interested in paying every 6 months for my auto policy, and about a month after my payment, I was charged an additional $300 due to Steven removing a discount and adding additional drivers who do not have access to my vehicle. There was no transparency for why this was done. The folks with Farmer's customer care were not sure why this was done either. Steven will not answer his phone or call back customers with questions. If you work with Steven, expect your policy to be more expensive than he says. Please move forward with a different Farmer's agent who has more integrity and transparency- you've been warned!
