Switching agents after hands down the worst experience Ive had with American Family, specifically with this agency. Poor customer service, minimal responses, and no help to progress my claims. I had my adjuster switched 3 times before finally being taken care of, over a year later. 10 years with Aaron, and I can see they are all for the $$$ here. Good riddance.
