Karen is engaging, responsive, personable, whip smart and fun! Karen approached my real estate purchase with the premise that everything is figureoutable! She was proactive in tracking down and communicating all the information I needed to make decisions every step of the way. She also has this beautiful way of recognizing how the little extra steps all add up to going the extra mile - paying for my parking downtown, finding the coffee shop closest to my new place, a sweet call back joke at closing, and answering every email and text!

Karen Murray is the most patient, agreeable, and prompt realtor I could imagine. She helped me 1) find my dream home and 2) sell my hold home. 1) My partner and I looked for around 2 years for the right place. We weren't actively or aggressively looking to move...just poking around at options. Every time we found something we wanted to see, Karen treated it like her top priority. When we finally found "the one", Karen gladly arranged multiple viewings and kept me sane through the difficult points of negotiations. 2) For the sale of my old home, Karen made excellent recommendations for both staging and listing price. Following her guidance, I'd accepted an offer within 36 hours of listing for well over the list price. I can't recommend Karen Murray enough!
