We recently bought and sold with Leah and her team. I cant begin to express how absolutely wonderful they were! Although we found the house to purchase on our own, the professionalism and experience offered by Leah was very much needed as the buying process unfolded. Leah came recommended to me from a trusted friend in the business. Ours was a somewhat unique property sale. It was my sisters home. She was a hoarder and the property was a mess. It was a legal duplex, converted from a single family bungalow. Leah did a wonderful job of pointing out what work would pay for itself through the sale and make it more marketable. When listed she was brilliant in creating a lot of interest in the property. It could be either a single family home or a duplex. An investor or someone willing to take on some of the work could make improvements and and add value. The price was set low with the intent of getting competing offers. In just over a day there were about 100 showings and nearly 20 offers. It sold at $50.000 over asking.
