        The spray doesnt work as wells as Adams and its more expensive! Its hard to get ahold of someone to change appointments I had to literally call them 3 times in a 2 week period to come and get the wasps nests around the pool because they didnt get them in the first place , I now have more ants and wasps than ever and I tried them for a year ! Dont do it ! Its a scam also if u miss an appointment they still charge u

        I had the pleasure of dealing with Dalton the other day when renewing my service with Aptive. He did a great job handling the issues I had quickly and professionally. His positive and honest attitude was greatly appreciated. His knowledge about the service Aptive provides, made me feel confident about signing up with them again. I plan on sticking with Aptive.

        Very expensive for the work they do. $149 treatment to remove cobwebs around the exterior of the house and spray ant repellent around the foundation. Aptive wanted to send technicians out After MN received a 8" snow storm to treat for bugs - ants and spiders outside the house???. We canceled the service and was charged $199 cancelation fee. Treat the pests your self instead buy some ant traps for $10 and some ant pellets and sprinkle them around your house every few weeks, get a pole with a duster and remove the cob webs around your window your self. Watch a Youtube video on this. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE CANCELATION FEE.

        SCAM. Such a giant scam. They send fast talking college boys to blanket a neighborhood and get people to sign up with big promisesthen the service does NOT deliver. I was told mosquitoes would be covered in my plan, then found out could be added $$$. They put up a plastic bait bag (probably from Amazon) on a tree to solve my wasp problem. I was told they dont know what to do about stink bugs Id have better results if I had a toddler run around my yard with a hose and a sponge. I tried multiple times to quit the service, and they force you to pay $199 to get out of your two year contract. I AM PAYING THEM TO STOP COMING TO MY HOUSE TO NOT DO A JOB. I hate this company with the heat of 1,000 suns.
