We have used CJMn for end of year taxes for over 20 years. This last year they updated their online tax submission services and the experience is sub par. They need to go back and do extensive user experience testing. The site lacks an easy retrieval of documents, an acknowledgement of documents or processing notification, a simple online payment process. As it stands the user must bounce around between emails sent to retrieve link to Thompson Reuters, to get balance due and to call to ensure documents are received. A very poor user experience, please put some effort into simplifying and bring it up to standards of other online experiences.

Year after year I find them professional. Office staff are always helpful and friendly. Tara has been particularly helpful. Karen my tax preparer always has time for questions.
