        This happened twice already, the order was not complete. Last time we drove back because our chicken nuggets and corn were not in the bag. And now, there is none of either gravy or ranch sauce that we ordered for chicken dip.

        I dont know why people have an issue with this place. Every time Ive walked into this location for pickup I am always greeted kindly, am served within minutes, and if I have to wait for my food they have a legitimate good reason that can be respected. A couple of items on the menu I would give a 3/5 such as the chicken nuggets for being soggy and bland and the larger fried chicken breast because they seem to dry, but Im no frying expert, for all I know, that is hard to do given a fast food restaurant cooking style. We usually get the extra crispy chicken, fries, and spicy sandwich all of which have been 5/5. Dietary restrictions: My wife and daughter are egg, dairy, and soy free so we avoid the original chicken fry recipe and opt for the crispy chicken and fries. It works out great!
