We had a water softener malfunction which left standing water through most of our finished basement. Bauer Restoration got to us fast, tackled the cleanup quickly and thoroughly, and did an exceptional job on the repairs. They did a great job explaining what was currently happening and what would happen next. They also worked directly with our insurance company, knowing exactly what our claims adjuster would need every step of the way. Bauer even worked around our schedule when we had a covid case in the house. They turned this home owner's nightmare into a sane and manageable incident. I can't recommend them enough. Derek and Clint from Bauer Restoration came out to do my dryer vent cleaning and were awesome! Quick, efficient, super friendly, very professional. From the office people to these great techs, I strongly recommend their services!

Bauer Restoration recently installed a radon mitigation system in our home. From our first contact with Journey to having Mic and Clint onsite for the install - we just can't say enough about the quality of communication, professionalism and of course, the install and follow-up testing itself. We were also extremely appreciative of their care and attention to COVID-safe practices while installing the system. Thanks to the entire Bauer crew, and we love seeing our radon levels so incredibly low!
