We own our water softener and I wanted to adjust settings to have the softener regenerate a little more than it was. Electronics and l dont mix. I called Faribault Culligan and a team member came to help right away. We thought all was well and things were taken care of. Long story short, after a few more attempts and working through a few issues, I can now say the softener is now back to working! I received top notch customer service from the Faribault team and could not be HAPPIER with the way things worked out! Thank you all! Job well done!

Faribault water isn't the best especially at the south end of town. I've been using Culligan for around 4 years and the best part is not having to lug big bottles to Walmart and spend over an hour filling them. I get them delivered to my door! It's worth a little extra to let someone else do the lifting!
