        Poor custumer service I will never spend another dollar here They make great blankets but if there is an issue good luck If you want a wool blanket I would shop MacAusland's Woollen Mills way better pricing

        Not even sure this mill is in business any longer. Have called and left multiple messages over the last number of weeks regarding a tour/desire to purchase with absolutely no response.

        Always a wonderful stop when visiting family in Faribault. Th renaissance of this mill is phenomenal and the quality of their products is an historical tribute to a national treasure.

        An article caught my eye about the reinventing a mill in a town which has been closed for some time. i called the mill and talked with a person who was working and restoring the machines. iI asked himcif i could purchase a blanket of which he described the colors over the phone and i gave him my information and paid in full.it was a risk that I took. I asked if they were numbered, he said yes. i tried to buy number 1That never happened.There was a number sewn on to the blanket..I think it is #159.Today that new blanket costs $495.00. Great experience on trust and it is the best blanket i ever had. My wife got this for a present. Sometimes you gotta do the what you think is right.What a buy! This blanket keeps us very warm . One day i would like to go to the3 mill for a tour.
