For the month of May 2016, I lived in one of the quiet units at Campus View Apartments while enjoying an art residency through Springboard for the Arts. The location was ideal. The view from my windows allowed me to enjoy nature. The laundry room was kept clean and was well lit. As I was alone, the building's security allowed me to sleep well at night. There was plenty of parking and yet nice lawns for a walk on the grounds. Nice place to live!

This is a great apartment building. Beautiful location, very clean and cozy public spaces, very well maintained and authentic interior and exterior spaces throughout. Modern, beautiful kitchen, great views, nice quiet neighbors and area. Highly recommend.

Staying in this building for several weeks during my art residency through Springboard for the Arts was wonderful -- it's so quiet, so beautifully renovated, and overlooks the gorgeous grounds of the Kirkbride building. Practically perfect in every way.
