We are here today thanks to Northwestern Bank in Fergus Falls, particularly Sean Sullivan who saw our potential and trusted us to execute our vision. Whenever a business is bought & sold, there's lots and lots of financing paperwork - interest rates, amortization schedules, income projections, interim notes, etc. It's A LOT to navigate, but Sean made the transaction progress swiftly and smoothly. Within ~60 days we had coordinated with the Small Business Association 504 program and signed the closing documents at the Title company. We are now the proud owners of a resort & campground.
Thank you for helping make our dreams a reality and for being a partner in this endeavor.
Shout-out to Tina & Ladd who help with cash deposits, checkbook orders, and loan reviews. We so appreciate the personal touch and are only getting started!
