        Bus never showed up on a Saturday at 4pm. No customer service online available. No warning that the bus wasn't coming. Bought a Non refundable $70 ticket. They did refund it but be forewarned. Left my son & another passenger outside of subway waiting 2 hours. Bus tracker didn't work. Was a Jefferson Lines Bus that sold tickets through Greyhound.
