Very poorly run. They have no regard for their clients. They don't call and notify their clients if your house keeper calls in, quits, or a schedule change. You have to chase them down to find these things out. My last straw was a schedule change. They swapped me and another clients time that lives in my building, for no reason at all. She was as bad as me because it didn't work for either one of us. No answers when I called the office, just because. And there are others where I live who feel the same way. I don't recommend it.

Very disorganized. Cannot get paid on time. Be prepared to spend your own money, if you have it because it takes forever to get paid. They lose timesheets. It took them a month and a half just to pay me for training; do not have it yet. Nobody seems to know what they are doing and they do not communicate with you.....so I am broke and expected to just do without and wait.

Upon agreeing to be hired ibwas promised to be close to home as that was a choice i made prior to hire. On orientation day they assigned me to clients further than i wanted but thought i went though all orientatio i coils not back out now. MISTAKE! Bad experience all the way around! I have had very few jobs in my 30 plus years. I have been in home care throughout and never have I been so unimpressed. And because they chose not to accept my resignation in a timely matter...they didnt go by my e-mail date resignation, they with held my last paycheck! And they never once provided a follow up home visit with me and my clients to see how everything was going. Placed and forgotten. Horrible management practice for their clients as well as their staff.
