Stay far far away from Solutions. Only worry about the bottom line with productive vs nonproductive billing hours. Not client based whatsoever. If your staff is not able to cover their scheduled session with your child they just cancel it like it is no big deal. If you as the client need some flexibility in scheduling it is just too bad for you and your child. The psychologist they have as clinical director is rude with terrible chairside manner. When our child was diagnosed with ASD she wouldnt answer our questions a few days later and actually told us that we should have asked our questions immediately and that now she didnt have time.

Our family is extremely pleased with services from Solutions. I love all the staff and they have upgraded tremendously since they first began. Thanks for helping me and my daughters with ASD and ADHD. I'm not sure where we would be without you all.

I work as a Behavioral Interventionist at the Autism Innovation in Motion (AIM) clinic through Solutions. Working here has been an absolute dream!! I have great coworkers. They support one another, lift each other up, and provide a welcoming environment on even the toughest of days. Not to mention the wonderful population we serve!! (And their wonderful families!) So happy to be apart of this forward thinking, hard working, cheerful team!

I was incredibly scared that I wasn't going to find a job in Fergus Falls where I could use my BA in Psych after graduating this spring; especially during a pandemic, but I'm so glad that I applied to the AIM program. In just a few months I've learned more than I could've possibly imagined. The management has been so helpful in shaping me into the Behavior Interventionist that I am today. Now I have a certification as an RBT, and they are extremely supportive in continuing your education. There can be stressful days with clients, but at the end of the week I'm always left feeling like I truly am making a difference. In a field like this there are always going to be hard sessions, but that's what it's all about. I'm excited to work with my coworkers and management. I've caught myself tearing up at times because I never thought I'd have a job like this. If you're reading this wondering if Solutions is the right fit for you; just dive right in. You won't regret it.

This is such a great place and amazing opportunity for our community to have for the staff/clients. Solutions offers excellent services for individuals by staff that are greatly supported. This company helps individuals grow in numerous ways. Beyond pleased with my experiences.
