        This review is of this place, not all of UPS, though I generally have a good experience with them. I feel horrible I cannot remember her name, but the person who is always in the front during business hours is really great at what she does. Friendly, fast, helpful, can grab a package, put it in your car and return in 30 seconds. Always a smile and she keeps the flow going for customers so they do not spend too long waiting to ship.

        I go to return a pkg that not has no return name on it. They don't open till 430pm? I drive 40 miles, for this. Very disappointed. Always liked ups but this is plain rediculas
