Dr. Felland and staff are compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They really take time to listen to your questions and concerns, and help you through big decisions. This vet clinic is without a doubt the BEST in the area. I would rate them 100 stars if i could. The staff is amazing, super friendly, professional, kind, caring and compassionate. The services they provide are reasonably priced. I travel a short distance to bring my pets to this clinic because the care that my pets get here is not even comparable to other vets I've visited within a 120 mile radius. This place is amazing!! I have English bulldogs and the doctor is familiar with the breed, unlike several other clinics in this area that I have been to. The first time my dog Bentley had an appointment at Fergus falls animal care clinic we walked in the front door and the doctor greeted us very shortly after we walked in and his main focus was my dog, the doctor was literally on the floor petting, scratching and talking to my dog who is paralyzed in his hind legs from a car accident that my family was in. It was beyond obvious that this man doesn't just do this for a living, but because he is very passionate about helping animals and loves them beyond words. I have never had a doctor at a animal clinic I was visiting greet my dog in such a friendly, loving and genuine manner. I was told from the Wahpeton animal hospital that I should put my 1 yr old bulldog down because his chances of walking again were slim from a severe spinal cord injury. They refused to give me a referral for physical therapy because the doctor in Wahpeton "didn't think" that it would help. I am so happy that I called Fergus falls animal care clinic for the first time to make my dogs initial appointment, within 5 minutes of being in the clinic I FINALLY felt comfortable. I knew within meeting the doctor in person that he genuinely cared about my dogs health and well being and that he wanted what's best for my dog. I have been to A LOT of vets that see you and they see dollar signs and that's it. NOT Fergus falls animal care clinic, This place is one of the cheapest and most reasonably priced vet clinics I have brought my dogs to and on top of that its Honest to God in my opinion the best vet care around. They actually care about your pet, and that's beyond obvious. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this vet clinic. It's worth the drive from Wahpeton, Fargo, Hankinson, etc. In just the love and genuine care your pet will be shown. The nurses and vet tech's are also amazing very understanding and kind and they also GENUINELY care about your pet. If you love and want the best for your pets and want them in the best hands as far as their care goes then bring them to the Fergus Falls animal care clinic they are reasonably priced and the care your pet will get is amazing!!! There should honestly be more vet doctors like this guy in the world, the world would with out a doubt be a much better place.The doctor here makes a difference in your pets life and he genuinely cares about your pet, his number 1 concern is your pets health and well being and not your wallet.
