Lived here for a year. Very impressed with Tiffany, the landlady. During a time-sensitive situation she offered a generous solution at her expense to help me out. I can imagine she does so for all the other tenants here as well. If you choose to live here, Tiffany will be on your side.

I moved in 3 years ago, single mom, my daughter is mixed. From moving in 1st day until present, Jeanne has been respectful, understanding, helpful & kind. We were new to area, Jeanne always helped or answered questions. Every time she sees my daughter asks how she is, how is school. Jeanne is one of the most straightforward, kind hearted person I know. She is a rule follower & she expects all living or visiting to do the same. This is a large complex, it runs smoothly because of her hard work & accountability. As far as racist, never! This is a community we live in, people visiting need to treat it as a privilege staying here. If they cant follow a simple rule thats on them. That doesnt give anyone the right to name call or call racist, they are feeling some type of way due to their own actions & consequences from them. Jeanne is more than fair & understanding, she also has to keep safety of all who live here

I lived in Lighthouse Lofts for over a year and a half and have absolutely nothing but great things to say about my time there. Jeanne was an absolute joy to work with. She was always very knowledgeable and helpful when needed. She was always very approachable and welcoming. The apartments were everything I could have wished for. I highly recommend these appartments and have recommended them to many others. I am not typically one who leaves reviews but given the recent negative one I felt compelled to express my positive experience and am confident many others will love calling Lighthouse Lofts home.

Sue and I moved into LHL on 8/01/18 (opening day) after living in our home on Third Lake since 1994. The move from a house to an apartment was challenging, but from the beginning we have enjoyed all aspects of our new home and neighborhood here at LHL. Our questions and needs have been answered and resolved quickly. The common areas (i.e. main lobby area, halls and 5th floor Club Room and outside deck) add space to our apartments for gatherings and entertaining, and are always clean, orderly, nicely decorated and welcoming to residents and visitors. Jeanne Kazek and all of caretakers have be extraordinary in their welcoming and helping approach. We have nothing but praise for the LHL community (Jeanne Kazik, the caretakers, the Gaughan maintenance folks and all our neighbors). Thank you all (and especially Jeanne) for making the past 3.5 years such a good and enjoyable experience.
