        I went to forest lake store to buy coffee creamer and by mistake I grabbed the wrong one but figured it out as I got to my car..I went back inside to trade it and was told I could not! Not going back there again very disappointed!

        They have very good produce.most of the cashiers are really good, one I don't care for and don't go through her lane,she can be rude at times, otherwise I love to shop at cub.

        After shopping there today I felt bad for the cashiers and workers. The loud lady named Tammy who was there was berating staff in front of everyone. She doesn't need to yell at everyone, staff and customers included. Horrible customer service from her. Yes it was busy in there but try helping customers out instead of screaming at everyone. I will shop elsewhere.
